Dr. Buscema has recently relocated from Utica, New York where he was a psychiatrist at the McPike Addiction Treatment Center. Prior to that he was with the Madison County Department of Mental Health in Wampsville, NY and served as Forensic Consultant for Connecticut Department of Corrections and Attorney General’s Office.
