Welcome to New Horizons, your community mental health center.  We provide a variety of mental health and substance abuse treatment programs for the men, women and children in our four county service area.  Our in-patient units are located at the main campus on Midway Road in Ft. Pierce.  We also have outpatient sites that are conveniently located in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties.
