HOUSING LIAISON – Stuart (FT)
Provide the service coordination component of the Shelter Plus Care Project on behalf of New Horizon’s residents in the project. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field; or a Certified Behavioral Health Technician and five years’ behavioral healthcare experience.
COURIER – (Temporary FT)
Transports interoffice mail, parcels, materials, supplies and articles for all of the Agency’s components. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with 6 points or less in the last 3 years.
